Changing a Reservation Date/Time

Tickets for Rock City, Ruby Falls, and the Incline Railway can be adjusted for a different date/time. 

► For Ruby Falls changes:

► For Rock City and Incline Railway changes:

Tickets for the Lookout Mountain Attractions are non-refundable. Tickets are valid for 1 year from date of purchase, and your visit date/time can be adjusted using the instructions on this page. 


Capacity is limited at the attractions and days sell-out in advance. We recommend planning ahead and purchasing online to ensure your preferred reservation.
