Tickets to Rock City Gardens, Ruby Falls, the Incline Railway, and Battles for Chattanooga are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. If you need to change the date or time of your reservation, our guest services team will be happy to assist you.

Rock City Information - Rock City Gardens is now open. Advance purchase of timed-entry tickets is recommended with a limited number of tickets available on site. Face coverings are required when moving through inside areas, shops, and outside when a distance of 6 feet is not maintained within the gardens.
Ruby Falls Information - Ruby Falls cave adventures have resumed with reduced capacity. Reservations are required, and tickets are sold online only. Availability is limited, and tickets sell out quickly. Beginning July 10, any person over the age of 2 is required to wear a face covering while inside Ruby Falls cave and facilities as directed by the Hamilton County Health Department.
Incline Railway Information - the Incline Railway is now open with limited capacity. Advance purchase of timed-entry tickets is strongly recommended. A very limited number of tickets is available onsite. Face coverings are required on the Incline cars. All boarding begins at the lower station.
